Flooding across O'ahu began in March 2026 and has left families displaced, homes damaged, and communities in urgent and immediate need. Over 200 people required rescue, and 2,000 people were without power through the weekend following the initial flood. Initial estimates include over $1 billion in damage and destruction.

Tenrikyo Mission Headquarters in America will partner with the Tenrikyo Mission Headquarters of Hawaii (Hawaii Dendocho) and collect monetary donations to support relief organizations identified by Hawaii Dendocho. We've extended our collection period to May 17, so that we can better assist the displaced families.
